Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic clash in the 2011 Wimbledon Championships Men’s Singles Final. This is a clash between the top two players in the world. The Serbian star has just managed to overtake Nadal in the rankings with his Semifinal win against Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. However, he strongly needs a win against the Spaniard if he wants to survive for a longer period at the top spot of the ATP rankings.

Rafael Nadal has had a good season so far, although he lost all 4 Master Series 1000 Finals played against Novak Djokovic. The Spaniard managed to win the Monte Carlo Masters, the ATP Barcelona 500 the French Open and now aims to defend his Wimbledon crown. A win on Sunday will keep him near to the top spot of the ATP rankings. Due to ATP rules his 500 points awarded in May for the ATP Barcelona success will only count starting with August 1. A 2011 Wimbledon success will grant him the return to the top spot of the ATP rankings on August 1.

Novak Djokovic has had an incredible year. He managed 41 back-to-back wins claiming all titles that he signed up for. His first defeat of the season was registered in the semifinals of the Roland Garros and was administrated by the great Roger Federer. The Serbian seems more than ready to defeat Nadal for the 5th time this season and claim his 3rd Grand Slam trophy ever. Will Nadal suffer one more blow, or will he be crowned as the new King of Wimbledon?

Nadal vs Djokovic is surly one event that shouldn’t be missed this weekend. A second one would be the Heavyweight mega-fight between Briton David Haye and Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko! You can watch Haye vs Klitschko live online tonight from the Imtech Arena in Hamburg.
